The UK Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) have recently updated their ‘proposal to amend and publication of notice’ filing for the Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations 2016, Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008, and Personal Protective Equipment Regulation 2016/425 Designated Standards lists. There is a 28 day objection period between August 26th and September 23rd where interested parties may object to the publication proposal by submitting an objection form to BEIS.
