On 28th April 2023, the Thailand Regulator, NBTC issued Technical Standard NBTC TS 1039-2566. This new standard authorises the use of frequency band 5925-6425MHz for WiFi 6E and came into effect on 29th April 2023.
The permitted output powers and limits are as follows:

For WiFi 6E enabled products which were approved prior to this update, the NBTC will require the following:
1. For devices previously approved under class A/B, new certification is required with a different module number.
2. For devices previously approved under SDoC scheme, new certification is required but model can remain the same as the original approval.
