LThe Argentinian Authority (Secretaría de Comercio) has amended the Resolution No. 169/2018. This amendment introduces changes regarding exemptions to product safety certification for low voltage electrical equipment. More specifically updates article 13, TER, and BIS which establishes the scope, procedure, and validity of the certificate of exemption for industrial use equipment.
