Certified Process Auditor VDA 6.3: Test day (VDA QMC licensed)
TheVDA 6.3 process audit is an effective procedure for assessing processes inconnection with the planning and manufacture of products. However, it alsomakes an important contribution to process optimization for existing productionlines. In addition, the potential analysis is a tried and tested means ofselecting new suppliers. The examination with certification allows you to haveyour qualifications independently confirmed in order to meet the requirementsof customers or suppliers with regard to auditor competence. You will becertified that as a VDA 6.3 auditor you are able and authorized toindependently carry out process audits internally and at your suppliers.
The examination takes the form of an audit simulation. The assessment focuses on the performance of the auditor during the simulation. The audit preparation, the auditor's behavior during the simulation and the follow-up are assessed. The examination consists o
- a preparation phase (30 minutes)
- an audit simulation (20 minutes)
- a formulation, evaluation and justification of findings (5 minutes)
- an interview (5 minutes).
- You demonstrate your high level of competence through certification.
- After passing the exam, you will receive a certificate with a registered number.
This examination is aimed at VDA 6.3 process auditors in the product life cycle.
Admission to the examination day is only granted after a successful application check, for which the following requirements must be met:
- Certificate of qualification from the training course "VDA 6.3:2023 - Qualification as a process auditor"
- Proof of auditor qualification on the basis of DIN EN ISO 19011 (e.g. QMA-TÜV, at least 3 days)
- At least 5 years of industry experience, of which at least 2 years in quality-related areas of activity
- Proof of successful participation in the event "Automotive Core Tools for System and Process Auditors (VDA-licensed)" or comparable training (min. 2 days - since 2019) incl. passing the VDA Automotive Core Tools online quiz

For the preparation, the written materials provided during the VDA training courses attended (including volumes of standards) are permitted and must be brought to the examination day.
