VDA 6.3 Process Auditor (VDA QMC licensed)
This training provides you with the basics for process audits according to VDA 6.3, taking into account the process-oriented approach and customer-specific requirements for holistic application in the automotive industry.
Theoretical content, practice-oriented exercises and case studies alternate to support the transfer of what has been learned into your own working practice. Particular emphasis is placed on the opportunities for exchanging experiences.

- In the first step, no prerequisites are required to participate in the seminar.
- If you wish to work as a process auditor in the future, you will find the following general requirements for process auditors in Chapter 3 of VDA Volume 6.3:
- For a desired qualification as an internal process auditor:
- Knowledge of ISO 19011
- Good knowledge of quality tools and methods
- Knowledge of the applicable customer-specific requirements
- Knowledge of the applicable management system requirements (e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 9001...)
- Product and process-specific knowledge of the technology to be audited
- At least 3 years of professional experience, of which at least 1 year in quality-related areas
- For a desired qualification as supplier auditor or certified process auditor:
- Very good knowledge of quality tools and methods (e.g. SPC, VDA Volume 5/MSA, FMEA, VDA RGA/APQP, VDA Volume 2/PPAP, 8D method).
- Where necessary, knowledge of software development processes and methods
- Auditor qualification based on DIN EN ISO 19011 (min. 3 days)
- Knowledge of the applicable customer-specific requirements
- Knowledge of the applicable management system requirements (e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 9001...)
- Product and process-specific knowledge of the technology to be audited
- At least 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in quality-related areas
- The number of participants is limited to 12.
- You will receive the VDA 6.3 volume.
- This event entitles you to participate in the examination day to become a certified process auditor VDA 6.3 (+ further requirements under product number 1111319).
- Participants of classroom training courses are requested to bring a laptop.
- A new evaluation and documentation tool has been developed as a web application for the current edition of the VDA 6.3 process audit. Users can purchase the VDA 6.3 Analysis Tool via the VDA QMC Webshop.
