• Professionals and executives from production and service companies
• Employees from all business areas and levels actively involved in quality systems and quality improvement

• Your seminar comprises 5 training days with a total of 40 teaching units and ends with a final exam. One teaching unit (TU) corresponds to approx. 45 minutes.
• The seminar is limited to 20 participants.
• You will receive a book including the terms and definitions and a compendium including the texts of all relevant standards.
• The seminar is the first part of QMR-TÜV training and is offered in German and English.
• The seminar also forms part of the Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration studies with a major in quality management.
• The seminar is enriched with digital learning units. In order to provide you with access, a personal e-mail address is required. Please note this. You do not need to bring a laptop to the seminar.
• The learning platform should help you to become familiar with the methods/contents.. The learning plattform is an addition; it is not necessary to work on them in advance of the seminar.
