重點內容：
- 新規範適用於多個5GHz與60GHz頻段的設備，包括但不限於5150–5350 MHz、5470–5725 MHz與57–71 GHz，涵蓋Wi-Fi與雷達類產品。
- 雜散發射與帶外發射限制已更新，需使用新的測試方式與量測方法。
- 2026年4月6日以前已完成認證的產品，在證書續期時可豁免遵循部分新引入的技術要求。
- 然而，若產品涉及特定頻段或發射限制，仍可能需要遵守其他適用條款，具體情況視產品特性與用途而定。
本法案已正式生效，並將於2026年4月6日起強制執行。
Brazil: ANATEL Act No. 14158
On October 1, 2025, the Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações (ANATEL) in Brazil published Act No. 14158, introducing significant updates to the technical requirements for telecom and RF equipment.
These updates impact frequency allocation, power limits, spurious emissions, and testing procedures.
Key Points:
- The new requirements apply to devices operating in various 5 GHz and 60 GHz bands, including but not limited to 5150–5350 MHz, 5470–5725 MHz, and 57–71 GHz, affecting Wi-Fi and radar equipment.
- Spurious emission and out-of-band emission limits have been revised, requiring updated measurement methods and testing.
- Products certified before April 6, 2026 will not be required to comply with certain newly introduced technical requirements during certification renewal. These exemptions apply to selected provisions introduced under the latest updates.
- However, compliance with other applicable requirements—particularly those related to frequency bands and emission limits—may still be necessary depending on the product’s characteristics and application.
This Act is already in effect, with compliance becoming mandatory starting April 6, 2026.
