巴西 國家電信局（Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações, ANATEL）於2025年2月14日 公布了第2105號法令，更新了 行動裝置（包括終端存取站（ETA）及手機）的認證技術要求。

這項新法令規範了使用5G NB-NTN（窄頻非地面網路）、5G RedCap（縮減能力）及4G LTE Cat 1bis等技術的設備測試要求。

The Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações (ANATEL) in Brazil issued Act No. 2105 on February 14, 2025, updating the technical requirements for the certification of cellular devices, including Access Terminal Stations (ETA) and Mobile Phones.

This new regulation outlines the testing requirements for devices utilizing technologies such as 5G NB-NTN (Narrow Band Non-Terrestrial Networks), 5G RedCap (Reduced Capability), and 4G LTE Cat 1bis.
