巴西：ANATEL發布第772號決議，更新頻譜分配規範

巴西 國家電信局（Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações, ANATEL）於2025年1月16日發布第772號決議，廢除了舊版第759號決議。新法規已於2025年2月3日生效。

這項決議作為巴西官方的頻率分配、指定和分發計劃，規範了各頻段的應用與服務，類似於美國FCC 2.106頻譜分配表。
第772號決議的主要更新：

引入了頻譜分配與使用的調整，並對「可用於受限輻射設備的無線頻率頻段（具有替代發射限制）」內的部分頻段進行了變更，該部分規範於第680決議的技術規範表中。

然而，這些變更僅影響少數頻段，其中大部分使用率較低，並不會改變測試技術要求。因此，WWAN、WLAN、藍牙（Bluetooth）、Zigbee和LoRa等常見技術將不受影響。

Brazil: ANATEL Issues Resolution 772, Updating Frequency Allocation Regulations

The Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações (ANATEL) in Brazil published Resolution n° 772 on January 16, 2025, revoking the previous Resolution 759. The new regulation took effect on February 3, 2025.

This resolution serves as Brazil’s official frequency allocation, assignment, and distribution plan, outlining the applications and services designated for each frequency band, similar to FCC 2.106.

Key Updates in Resolution 772:

It introduces modifications and new implementations related to frequency band allocation and usage. It also brings changes to certain bands listed under "Radio Frequency Bands Usable for Restricted Radiation Equipment with Alternative Emission Limits," as defined in the technical specifications table of Resolution 680.

However, these updates only impact a few frequency bands, most of which are infrequently used, and do not alter testing technical requirements. Therefore, widely used technologies such as WWAN, WLAN, Bluetooth, Zigbee, and LoRa will not be affected.
