墨西哥Mexico：墨西哥電信監管機構即將轉移

截至目前，墨西哥的 聯邦電信機構（IFETEL） 仍在運作，但預計將很快解散。新的 《電信與廣播法》 已於 2025年7月24日生效，僅剩總統 任命五位 CRT（電信監管委員會）成員 這一步。一旦人選確定，新成立的 CRT 將正式接管 IFETEL 的監管職責，而 IFETEL 將走入歷史。

Mexico: Transition of Regulatory Authority in Mexico

As of today, the Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFETEL) in Mexico is still operating, but it is expected to be dissolved very soon. The new Telecommunications and Broadcasting Law came into force on July 24, 2025, and the only remaining step is for the President to appoint five members to the newly established Comisión Reguladora en Telecomunicaciones (CRT). Once appointed, the CRT will officially take over IFETEL’s regulatory responsibilities, and IFETEL will cease to exist.
