墨西哥Mexico：發佈《電信與廣播法》

2025 年 7 月 16 日，墨西哥總統正式頒布新的 《電信與廣播法》。此新法取代先前的 《電信與廣播聯邦法》，並自 2025 年 7 月 17 日起生效。

在為期一個月的過渡期內，聯邦電信研究所 (IFETEL) 將繼續運作，同時逐步將相關職能移交給新成立的 電信監管委員會 (CRT) 與 數位轉型暨電信署 (ATDT)

Mexico: Issuance and Transition of Mexico’s Law on Telecommunications and Broadcasting

On July 16, 2025, the President of Mexico promulgated the new Law on Telecommunications and Broadcasting. This new law repeals the previous Federal Law on Telecommunications and Broadcasting and entered into force on July 17, 2025.

During the one‑month transition period, the Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFETEL) will continue operating while responsibilities are gradually transferred to the newly established Comisión Reguladora en Telecomunicaciones (CRT) and the Agencia de Transformación Digital y Telecomunicaciones (ATDT).
