墨西哥：新無線通訊標準IFT-017-2023

Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones（IFT）發布了Disposición Técnica IFT-017-2023，新技術標準旨在規範無線通訊系統。該規範涵蓋以下頻段：

該規範將於2025年11月6日生效。在此之前，5150–5250 MHz、5250–5350 MHz、5470–5600 MHz、5650–5725 MHz以及5925–6425 MHz 頻段仍適用專家意見（dictamen de perito）程序；2025年11月6日後，這些頻段將強制要求進行當地測試，而專家意見程序將不再適用。

Mexico: New Technical Standard for Wireless Communication Systems: IFT-017-2023

The Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFT) has introduced Disposición Técnica IFT-017-2023, a new technical standard governing wireless communication systems. This regulation covers the following frequency bands:

• 5150–5250 MHz
• 5250–5350 MHz
• 5470–5600 MHz
• 5650–5725 MHz
• 5725–5850 MHz
• 5925–6425 MHz

These bands support Wi-Fi routers, access points, and other devices that rely on digital modulation techniques.

This regulation will take effect from November 6, 2025. Until then, the expert opinion (dictamen de perito) process will remain valid for the 5150–5250 MHz, 5250–5350 MHz, 5470–5600 MHz, 5650–5725 MHz, and 5925–6425 MHz bands. After November 6, 2025, local testing will become mandatory for these bands, and the expert opinion process will no longer be applicable.
