墨西哥Mexico：單元式空調能效標準 NOM-035-ENER-2024

2025年8月20日，墨西哥國家能源資源保護和合理使用標準諮詢委員會（CCNNPURRE）發布了單元式空調能效標準 NOM-035-ENER-2024。

該標準規定，凡在墨西哥境內進口、製造或銷售的單元式空調器（組合式機組），必須符合制冷模式下的最低能效要求，並滿足標籤、測試及合格評定規範。
以下產品不在適用範圍內：分體式中央空調、水冷式空調及蒸發冷卻式空調。

根據該標準，能效標籤須包含以下資訊：

• 品牌與型號
• 制冷量及電功率（單位：瓦特）
• 使用的製冷劑種類
• 製冷劑充注量（單位：公斤，精確至小數點後兩位）
• 最低能效等級（依第6節表1）
• 實測確定之能效等級
• 電能象形圖
• 節能百分比
• 聲明：「此標籤保證此型號符合本 NOM-ENER 標準規定的最低能效等級」

該標準將於 2026年2月16日 生效，並設有 一年的過渡期。自 2027年2月16日 起，所有單元式空調均須強制符合標準要求。

在墨西哥境內製造的產品，或在生效日前已合法進口或根據提單運輸中的產品，可繼續銷售至庫存耗盡為止。

Mexico: Issues Energy Efficiency Standard NOM-035-ENER-2024 for Unitary Air Conditioners

On August 20, 2025, Mexico’s National Advisory Committee for Standardization of Energy Resources Preservation and Rational Use (CCNNPURRE) published the Energy Efficiency Standard NOM-035-ENER-2024 for unitary air conditioners.

This standard establishes the minimum energy efficiency requirements in cooling mode, as well as labeling, testing, and conformity assessment requirements, for unitary air conditioners (packaged units) imported, manufactured, or sold in Mexico.

The scope does not include split-type central air conditioners, water-cooled units, or evaporative cooling systems.

According to the standard, the energy efficiency label must include the following information:

• Brand and model
• Cooling capacity and electrical power (in watts)
• Refrigerant type
• Refrigerant charge (in kilograms, precise to two decimal places)
• Minimum efficiency level (as per Section 6, Table 1)
• Determined efficiency level
• Energy symbol (pictogram)
• Percentage of energy savings
• Statement: “This label guarantees that this model complies with the minimum energy efficiency level established by this NOM-ENER standard.”

The standard will enter into force on February 16, 2026, with a one-year transition period. From February 16, 2027, compliance will be mandatory for all unitary air conditioners.

Products manufactured in Mexico, or those legally imported or already in transit under a bill of lading before the effective date, may continue to be sold until inventories are exhausted.
