Speaker ProfileDr. Sri Vaitheki Ramasamy
Senior Engineer in TUV SUD Singapore under the ASEAN Product Sustainability team

Dr. Sri obtained both her MEng degree in Biochemical Engineering in 2011, and PhD in Environmental Engineering in 2016 at University College London, UK. Her doctoral study focused on the development of a framework based on the LCA methodology to quantify the environmental impact of biopharmaceutical manufacturing process. Prior to joining TUV SUD, she was a senior consultant and regional LCA lead in Environmental Resources Management (ERM). In ERM, Sri was actively involved in LCA and product carbon footprint assessments, greenhouse gas inventories (Scope 1, 2 and 3) and ESG projects for clients from oil & gas, shipping, manufacturing, and renewables sectors. Prior to joining ERM, she was with Ansell Malaysia, and was responsible for sustainability initiatives and LCA studies for hand protection (chemical gloves) product portfolio manufactured in Ansell plants across the world. Sri has also vast experience in providing LCA trainings/workshops to a range of organizations.

Mr. Anekpong Graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering in 2012 at Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep. and in the Master of Engineering in Energy Technology in 2015 at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi. Bangkok. His master's studies focused on energy management to reduce energy, resource, and environmental impacts of production processes from greenhouse gas emissions. Prior to joining TUV SUD, he was an energy engineer, analyzing and managing sustainable environmental and energy resources within industrial plants. He is involved in evaluating the organization's carbon footprint. and greenhouse gas emissions (scope 1, 2 and 3) and is ready to provide advice and be responsible for sustainability projects within industrial plants. He also has experience in organizing training/workshops on greenhouse gas emissions reduction, monitoring, measurement and energy management for other departments within the organization. He joined TUV SUD (Thailand) in August 2023 on sustainability audits, reducing greenhouse gas emissions within the organization and energy management.
