Carta da Diversidade
Para mostrar o nosso respeito e apoio a essa diversidade, a TÜV SÜD assinou a Carta da Diversidade, participando da maior iniciativa corporativa da Alemanha para a promoção da diversidade.
Os termos da carta têm por objetivo a criação de um ambiente de trabalho livre de preconceitos. Todos os funcionários devem ser respeitados independentemente de gênero, nacionalidade, origem étnica, religião, crenças, deficiências, idade, orientação ou identidade sexual.
Ao assinar a Carta da Diversidade, a TÜV SÜD se uniu a um grupo de mais de 2.500 empresas na Alemanha que se comprometeram a tornar a diversidade um componente essencial da cultura corporativa.

Os membros do nosso Conselho de Administração confirmaram esses objetivos ao assinar uma declaração para a implementação contínua de tais estratégia. As medidas abordam vários campos de ação, incluindo recrutamento de RH, desenvolvimento de RH e condições de trabalho. Nos comitês de nomeação, por exemplo, ambos os gêneros devem ser representados e modelos alternativos de gestão são fomentados.
