The ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 Integrated Internal Auditor Training course is designed for professionals responsible for assessing, maintaining, or improving integrated management systems within their organizations. The course combines an overview of quality and occupational health & safety management system requirements with the practical auditing techniques necessary to evaluate system effectiveness.
Participants will develop a solid understanding of the structure, intent, and key requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. Particular emphasis is placed on the common framework shared by both standards, including organizational context, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation, and continual improvement.
The training introduces the concepts of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and demonstrates how a single audit can be used to assess compliance with multiple standards simultaneously. Through integrated audit trail exercises and process-based auditing activities, participants will learn how to identify common processes, evaluate integrated controls, and collect objective evidence across multiple management system requirements.
Using the principles and guidance contained in ISO 19011, participants will learn how to establish audit programs, develop audit plans, conduct interviews, collect and verify audit evidence, identify nonconformities, prepare audit reports, and evaluate corrective action effectiveness.
