Certified Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) Assessor Examination
The SIRI Assessor Certification Scheme aims to safeguard the integrity and consistency of the SIRI Assessment conducted by ensuring the quality and proficiency of the CSA. In addition to having attended the SIRI Assessor Training Course, candidates will have to meet pre-requisites, such as having relevant manufacturing and consulting work experience, to be eligible to sit for the Certified SIRI Assessor Examination which includes both theory and practical assessments.
Industry practitioners who have satisfied the pre-requisites can register for the CSA Examination. The CSA Examination consists of two sections: a theory paper comprising multiple-choice questions (MCQ) and a practical case interview.
The Certified SIRI Assessor (CSA) Programme was established to formally recognise independent and neutral individuals who are able to professionally assess a manufacturing facility using SIRI and its accompanying frameworks and tools,
Industry practitioners who have attended the SIRI assessor training course and who have satisfied the pre-requisites can register for the CSA Examination. The CSA Examination consists of two sections: a theory paper (1.5 hour) comprising multiple-choice questions (MCQ) and a practical case interview (1.5 hour). Once you register for the examination you will be contacted to select and lock one of the available slots during the examination 5-day window timeframe to present the theory paper and the practical case interview.
Register formally through the SIRI portal
Upon passing the examination, candidates are to formally register themselves with INCIT through the SIRI Portal.
The CSA Examination is made up of two modes of assessment to qualify as a CSA.
- A theory examination consisting of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQ).
- A practical examination in the form of a case interview. The applicant will be expected to conduct a mock SIRI Assessment in the presence of the examiner(s).

Upon successful completion of the CSA Examinations the participant will be certified as a Certified SIRI Assessor (CSA).
The CSA designation is valid for 2 years.
All Certified SIRI Assessors will have to confirm their acceptance of the award by formally registering themselves via the SIRI Portal. Upon completing their registration, applicants will be issued an account to allow them to commence the provision of Official SIRI Assessments.
Upon completion of the SIRI Assessor Training Course, participants who meet the relevant pre-requisites are eligible to register for the CSA Examination.
