This training is conducted by an instructor in a virtual classroom, which means that the course is live online. Participants will learn through online teaching methods, including lectures, case studies, group exercises, discussions, problem solving, and examples with explanations. Additionally, there will be assignments and quizzes during the virtual classroom training. Participants should connect to the class from any location with internet access.
Each module is delivered live using webinar technology, creating a virtual classroom learning environment. Live sessions provide direct access to the trainer, allowing participants to ask questions, understand complex concepts, and share ideas with peers. It is REQUIRED to have a webcam and microphone in order to interact with the instructor and other participants.

Online Examination Requirements
Participants must ensure:
- A self-contained private room or office free from interruptions
- The entire room and workspace can be shown via webcam upon request
- No materials present except those explicitly allowed
- No other electronic devices powered on nearby
- A quiet environment free of background noise
- Adequate lighting equivalent to daylight
- Full compliance with all online proctoring instructions
Violations (e.g., phone calls during the exam, failure to follow requirements, presence of unauthorized materials) may lead to disqualification or a finding of attempted cheating. Participants are prohibited from creating or distributing any exam content.

Final examination (single choice): 30 questions
Duration: 60 minutes
Delivery: Online, proctored in real time
Pass mark: 60% of the total point

Successful completion leads to the AI Officer – TÜV certificate issued by TÜV SÜD Academy.
Certificate AI Coordinator-TÜV, Certificate AI Quality Engineer or proof of comparable training certificates:
- If you have an AI Coordinator – TÜV comparable certificate: you can enroll in the AI Officer – TÜV training course directly
- If you have completed training courses with at least 80% of the topics and teaching units of the AI Coordinator – TÜV, you can prove your knowledge by taking a lateral entry exam and enter the AI Officer – TÜV training if you pass the exam.
