This report reviews National Engineering Laboratory's internal knowledge in the field of "Flow Meter Diagnostics".  Since 2010, we have  conducted multiple research projects focussed on using diagnostic data from ultrasonic and Coriolis meters to infer meter health and calibration status as well as to characterise flow regimes and potential installation effects.
