This document provides the details of an intra-comparison undertaken between two oil calibration facilities at TÜV SÜD National Engineering Laboratory. This report details the comparison between the EPAT system and the National Standards oil flow facility secondary reference master meters.
The findings of this intra-comparison validate the traceability of the EPAT flow facility and the National Standard flow facility secondary reference and their associated statements of uncertainty.
