Achievement: TÜV SÜD delivered The Dumont at Albert Embankment to BIM Level 2 - LOD 3

Situated on the Thames’ Albert Embankment, The Dumont is a 30 storey tower and is one of three developments in the area. TÜV SÜD have been appointed to provide full design services up to Stage 4. The building includes 28 floors of luxury residential apartments, 2 floors of CAT A office and a restaurant. The basement comprises of 2 levels of car parking and a level of resident’s facilities including a bowling alley and cinema. Further resident’s private dining facilities are provided at level 12.

The Dumont interfaces with the two adjacent Buildings (The Corniche & The Merano) including district heating and power.

TÜV SÜD's input was key to establish best value holistic design between passive performance and dynamic engineering systems.
