Quayside Quarter is the regeneration and redevelopment of the former Honeymonster Factory site in Southall. The masterplan is composed of nine distinct buildings, with varying building typologies forming the masterplan.

Block A is seen as being the landmark element of the scheme, which is reflected in its unique architectural design and materiality, setting it apart from the other tall buildings within the masterplan. Block A addresses the masterplan’s main public space and provides a number of opportunities for canal-side cafés and restaurants. Therefore, the tallest residential block is equipped with a track mounted BMU complete with glass lifting facility to portray the building image.
The Canalside typology the rail-side blocks is designed with openable windows allowing access from inside the floor. The windows will be easily maintained by tenants / occupants.

The creative hub is a distinct typology and provides the majority of the commercial offer within the masterplan. The building will be equipped with a telescopic BMU with telescopic mast to park theunit behind glazed box above roof level.
