Mixed use urban park for Dawn Developments. The master plan contains 550,000 ft2 office space and 570,000 ft2 residential and mixed use space. Phase 1 comprises of 4 individual buildings as follows: Office block 50,000 ft2; multi storey car park 950 spaces; hotel 180 bedrooms and residential 400 including student accommodation.

The first phase of the development, adjoining High Street, was completed in November 2011, and is a 6 storey, 9,600m2 office building, with an adjacent
1200 space multi-storey car park. It has a high level of sustainable design and has achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ post construction rating. The Cat A interior fit out was designed to suit the new tenant, Glasgow City Council.
