The UK Government has recently announced proposed updates to the designated standards lists for low voltage electrical equipment covered by the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016, gas appliances covered by the Regulation on appliances burning gaseous fuels and machinery covered by the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations. The proposed lists are available below:
