TÜV SÜD wins "automotive TopCareer AWARD" as most attractive employer for the third time

TÜV SÜD has received the automotive TopCareer AWARD for the third time. More than 1,100 young professionals and 1,000 students in industry-specific study programs voted TÜV SÜD the most attractive employer in the "Automotive Service Provider" category. The award is presented by the Institute of the Automotive Industry (IFA) at Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences and Automobilwoche magazine.

TÜV SÜD wins "automotive TopCareer AWARD" as most attractive employer for the third time"Once again, we have been voted the most attractive employer among service providers by young people seeking a career in the automotive industry, and we are very grateful for this. Our strategy is paying off: We are committed to training in STEM professions in a variety of ways through the TÜV SÜD Foundation. In addition, we offer a wide range of development opportunities in Germany and abroad," says Patrick Fruth, CEO of the Mobility Division at TÜV SÜD. The vote also underscores that it is precisely the diverse career opportunities in global megatrends that make TÜV SÜD so interesting: Automated driving, intermodal mobility, digitalization or alternative drive technologies - these are TÜV SÜD's answers to New Mobility or Sustainability. Fruth: "In addition, especially since the pandemic, the issue of safety also plays a prominent role in the choice of employer. Here TÜV SÜD offers stability, continuity and also interesting working models. The automotive TopCareer AWARD will convince even more young people to join us. We look forward to many new colleagues."

The award is based on the annual IFA "TopCareer" study. It examines the employer attractiveness of individual companies in the automotive industry from the perspective of students. In addition, it highlights the requirements of career starters with regard to their future employers. The survey is used to award prizes to the most attractive employers within strategic groups.
