To fill our positions with the most suitable candidates, we try to get to know the person behind the CV. In addition to professional qualifications, the chemistry needs to be right as well. The recruiting team and hiring manager will then carefully match your profile with the

Selection Step One
You may be contacted by our recruitment team on receipt of your application, to gather any additional information that might be needed to support your application. This may be via email or telephone, so do keep an eye out for future communications from us.
Selection Step Two
If suitable, an interview will be organised to enable us to learn a little more about your background and relevant experience and to enable us to provide more details regarding the position you have applied for. The number of interviews or the inclusion of any practical exercises or assessments will vary depending on the position. Due to COVID-19, we are currently increasingly making use of video- based interviews using Microsoft Teams.
After our recruiters and hiring managers careful check all results from the documents and interviews, you will receive feedback on your application. You will also have the opportunity to evaluate the application process online, or you can personally give us feedback. We use this feedback to continuously improve our recruitment process.
Offer of Employment
If you are successful in your application, we will send you a written offer of employment and contract on email, via AdobeSign. We are happy to answer any questions you have on the offer or contract so please get in touch with your HR contact should you need any clarification.
