印尼Indonesia：自2025年8月起強制使用新版 DoC 格式

2025年7月15日，印尼通訊與數位部（Komdigi）轄下的數位基礎建設總署（DJID）發布新聞稿，宣布《電信設備技術標準》的合格聲明（DoC）格式將進行調整。

此變更旨在提升證書審查流程的效率，並將自下列日期起正式實施：

• 自 2025年8月1日起：所有證書申請須使用新版 DoC 格式
• 自 2025年8月31日之後：若申請仍使用舊版格式，將會被直接退件

備註：

雖然 DoC 文件通常由印尼當地代理商或進口商負責提交，但為避免因格式不符導致退件，建議申請人與當地合作方提前確認作業內容，確保符合新版格式規定。

Indonesia: New Format for Declaration of Conformity (DoC) Required from August 2025

On July 15, 2025, the Directorate General of Digital Infrastructure (DJID) under Indonesia’s Ministry of Communication and Digital (Komdigi) issued a press release announcing changes to the Declaration of Conformity (DoC) format for the Technical Standards for Telecommunications Tools and Devices.

The format revision aims to improve the efficiency of the certificate evaluation process, with the following implementation timeline:

• From August 1, 2025: All certificate applications must use the new DoC format
• After August 31, 2025: Applications submitted without the new format will be rejected

Note:

While the DoC is typically submitted by the local Indonesian importer or agent, applicants are strongly advised to coordinate in advance to ensure proper compliance and avoid rejections due to outdated documentation.
