印尼Indonesia：SNI強制實施新版音視頻電子設備國家標準

2024年11月13日，印度尼西亞工業部發布第75號法規：關於音頻、視頻及類似電子設備強制性國家標準的規定。

根據該法規，所有在印尼生產、進口和/或分銷的音頻、視頻及類似電子設備，均須符合標準 SNI IEC 62368-1:2014。此標準明確規範了受管制產品以及豁免項目。

符合上述SNI標準並取得SNI證書的產品，必須標示 SNI標誌 及 電子標誌，其中SNI標誌的使用需經由認證機構核准。

無論是自有品牌的製造商，或是進口海外品牌的分銷商，均有責任根據SNI標準，確保其音頻、視頻及類似電子設備的品質與生產結果符合規定。

本法規自 2025年6月2日 起正式生效，並已取代舊有的 2018年第15號法規。

Indonesia: SNI Enforces New Mandatory National Standard for Audio, Video, and Similar Electronic Devices

On November 13, 2024, the Indonesian Ministry of Industry issued Regulation No. 75 concerning the mandatory national standards for audio, video, and similar electronic devices.

According to the regulation, all audio, video, and similar electronic devices manufactured, imported, and/or distributed in Indonesia must comply with SNI IEC 62368-1:2014. This standard specifies which products are regulated and which are exempted.

Products that meet the SNI requirements and have obtained the SNI certificate must bear the SNI marking and electronic label, with the use of the SNI mark requiring approval from the certification body.

Both local manufacturers of own-brand products and importers/distributors of foreign brands are responsible for ensuring that their products comply with the SNI standard in terms of production and quality.

This regulation came into effect on June 2, 2025, and replaces the previous Regulation No. 15 of 2018.
