印尼：KOMDIGI發布第46號無線電力傳輸（WPT）技術法規，取代原SRD標準

印尼通訊與數位部（Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital, Komdigi）已於2025年2月18日正式發布第46號無線電力傳輸（WPT）技術法規，內容針對無線電力傳輸（Wireless Power Transmission, WPT）設備之規範進行更新。該法規取代了原2024年第260號短距離裝置（SRD）法規中對WPT的相關技術要求。

本次修訂的重點如下：

  • 無線電頻段：
    • 100-148.5 kHz
    • 315-405 kHz
    • 1,700-1,800 kHz
    • 6,765-6795 kHz
    • 13.553-13.567 MHz
  • 必須符合的技術標準與條件：
項目 說明
供電要求 可使用AC或DC電源，若使用AC，需符合220V±10%、50Hz±2%；外接電源不得影響WPT技術表現。
非電離輻射要求 須遵循ICNIRP指南，具體限值與實施機制將由另行的部長命令定義。
電氣安全要求 應符合 SNI IEC 60950-1、62368-1、60065 等標準，涵蓋電壓、漏電與接觸電流等安全測試。
電磁相容性（EMC）要求 包含抗干擾（Immunity）與發射（Emission）測試，參考標準如CISPR 32與ETSI EN 301 489。
射頻要求 包含工作頻率、電場強度與雜散發射（Spurious Emission）規範。
天線要求 僅允許使用整合式天線（Antena Terintegrasi），不可搭配可拆卸式天線。
  • 測試方法與運作條件：
    • 所有測試須依據指定標準進行，如 EN 300 330、EN 303 417 等
    • WPT 測試應在正常或標準規定的環境條件下進行，並以最強電場配置進行測量
    • 雜散發射測試應使用 Quasi Peak 偵測器並參照 ITU-R SM.329

 

Indonesia: Releases Regulation No. 46/2025 for Wireless Power Transmission (WPT), Replacing Previous SRD Standards

On February 18, 2025, the Ministry of Communications and Digital (Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital, Komdigi) of Indonesia officially issued Regulation No. 46/2025 concerning Wireless Power Transmission (WPT) devices. This new regulation replaces the WPT-related technical provisions previously included in SRD Regulation No. 260/2024.

  • Frequency Bands:
    • 100-148.5 kHz
    • 315-405 kHz
    • 1,700-1,800 kHz
    • 6,765-6795 kHz
    • 13.553-13.567 MHz
  • Required Technical Standards and Conditions:
Item Description
Power Supply Devices may use AC or DC power. If AC is used, it must comply with 220V ±10%, 50Hz ±2%. External power must not affect WPT performance.
Non-Ionizing Radiation Must comply with ICNIRP guidelines. Limit values and enforcement will be defined in a separate ministerial decree.
Electrical Safety Compliance with standards such as SNI IEC 60950-1, 62368-1, and 60065, covering voltage, leakage, and touch current tests.
EMC Requirements Includes both immunity and emission tests. Reference standards include CISPR 32 and ETSI EN 301 489.
Radio Frequency Must meet requirements on frequency, field strength, and spurious emissions.
Antenna Only integrated antennas (Antena Terintegrasi) are permitted; detachable antennas are not allowed.
  • Testing Methods & Operational Requirements:
    • Testing must follow designated standards such as EN 300 330 and EN 303 417
    • Tests must be conducted under normal or specified environmental conditions
    • RF testing must use the strongest field configuration
    • Spurious emission must be measured using a Quasi Peak detector in accordance with ITU-R SM.329
