印尼：SDPPI公告《2024年第109號法令》失效及相關注意事項

2025年1月2日，印尼郵政和信息技術總局資源與設備司（SDPPI）宣布，《2024年第109號法令》已失效。該法令規範了海外認可實驗室。

針對即將提交的SDPPI申請，應注意以下條件（根據《2024年第109號法令》下認可的實驗室狀態）：

• 自2025年1月1日或之後發出的測試報告，將不被接受作為認證程序的依據，直到外國實驗室根據新法規重新獲得認證為止。
• 2025年1月1日之前發出的測試報告，仍可用於認證申請，但僅限於接下來的六個月內有效。

目前，SDPPI尚未發布新的海外測試實驗室法規。隨著現行法規的失效，新規實施的時間表尚不明確。

Indonesia: SDPPI Announces the Expiration of Decree 109 of 2024 and Related Considerations

On January 2, 2025, The Directorate General of Resources and Equipment of Post and Information Technology of Indonesia (SDPPI) has announced the expiration of Decree 109 of 2024, which governs the designation of Foreign Test Laboratories for the certification of telecommunication equipment in Indonesia.

The following conditions, considering the status of accredited labs under Decree 109 of 2024, should be noted for their upcoming SDPPI applications:

• Test reports issued on or after January 1, 2025, will not be accepted for the certification process until the foreign laboratories are reaccredited under the new regulations.
• Test reports issued before January 1, 2025, may still be used for certification applications, but only for the next six months.

As of now, SDPPI has not released the updated regulation for Foreign Test Laboratories. With the current regulation expired, there is uncertainty regarding the timeline for the implementation of the new framework.
