歐盟官方公報於2020年12月16日，發佈了法規(EU) No 2020/20961，修訂了REACH法規附件17中的多個條款。
此法規修訂了REACH法規附件17中的多個限制條款。其中，關於五氯苯酚，其鹽類及其酯類的條款22，關於十溴聯苯醚 (DecaBDE)的條款67和關於全氟辛酸(PFOA)及其鹽類以及相關物質的條款68從附件17中被移除，這是因為這些限制物質已經包含在POPs法規(EU)2019/1021中。此外，法規也修訂了條款43，更新了用於證明符合偶氮要求的協調測試標準。除條款28-30和68外，其它修正條款將於2021年1月5日實施。
