JULY 2020 – RELEVANT FOR: HARDLINES
On 8 July 2020, the Official Journal of the French Republic published a notice (ECOI2016797V)1 which supplements the notice (NOR ECOI1903678V)2 of February 16, 2019 establishing the list of the references of the standards which can be used in application of the Decree No. 2016-364. From this new notice, the electric-assisted cycles in accordance with standard NF EN 15194 + A1 (January 2012) can be placed on the market until August 31, 2020 and marketed while stocks last.
