How does the BlueNOW! vehicle inspection app work?

Register in the app

Registration is done by scanning the QR code on the "live assessment ticket" that the user receives from TÜV SÜD.

Live digital vehicle inspection

You or your own customer simply sets the appointment themselves, directly in the app. Our TÜV SÜD expert contacts the user at the selected time. At a pre-arranged appointment, the user connects to the TÜV SÜD expert via the app. Our expert guides the user around the vehicle, and the condition of the vehicle is transmitted to the expert by video. After the remote vehicle inspection process, the BlueNOW! report will be generated.

Report submission

After the inspection, all damages found will be documented with pictures and the user will conveniently receive the detailed inspection report via email.
