• VDA 6.3 Process Auditor who wish to perform audits Internally and Externally as certified Auditor with valid registration number and validity period from VDA QMC.
• VDA 6.3 Process Auditors who need to demonstrate 5 days qualification to meet their customer specific requirements.
• To attend this day 5 exam (ID-382), participant must have successfully completed VDA 6.3 Process Auditor qualification of 4 days (ID-381).

• Admission to the qualification after successful review of your application, knowledge of applicable management system and customer-specific requirements
• Product and process-specific knowledge in the planned field of operation depending on field of operation, relevant professional experience according to VDA volume 6.3
• ISO 9001:2015 or IATF 16949:2016 Auditor qualification based on ISO 19011 of minimum 3 days duration
• Evidence of Automotive Core Tools training with minimum duration of 2 days (since 2019) followed by VDA Automotive Core Tools quiz with pass certificate at first attempt. In case of non-fulfilment of any of these 2 conditions, participant will have to attend and pass VDA ID 417-VDA Automotive Core Tools for system and Process Auditors training duration of 2 days
• 5-year professional full-time job experience in the automotive industry, of which at least 2 years in the quality management
• Evidence of “PASS” certificate of VDA 6.3:2023 Process Auditor Qualification of 4 days duration

Day 5 Exam (ID-382)

In total, the exam has a duration of approx. 60 minutes, which consists of:

• 30 minutes: Preparation for the audit simulation
• 15 minutes: Carrying out the audit simulation
• 5 minutes: Formulate and evaluate deviations
• 5 minutes: Discussion examiner & examinee (deviation & turtle if possible)
• 5 Minutes: Reconciliation of examiners & feedback to participants

After successful completion of Day 5 Exam, participants will be issued a VDA 6.3 Process Auditor e-Certificate with mentioned validity period of 5 years and auditor registration number from VDA QMC Germany.
