ID 417 Automotive Core Tools For Process And System Auditors Training Course

This two-day training program for Process & System Auditors on Automotive Core Tools is designed to ensure an efficient approach during the audits This training encompasses typical audit situations along the Automotive Core Tools. The course is purely designed to enhance the auditor competence for use of core tools during audit.

As a part of the training program, participants will receive insights on typical auditing situations in the context of Automotive Core Tools. Both the assessment of technically correct application of the respective methods and the case-specific assessment of typical situations are also the central components of the training.

• This course is purely designed to enhance the auditor competence for use of core tools during audit and not to impart/gain the knowledge on Core Tools.
• As a part of the course curriculum technical lectures on single Core Tools (RGA / APQP, VDA 2 / PPAP, FMEA, VDA 5 / MSA, CMK / PPK / CPK / SPC and 8D) will be conducted along with exercises for citing examples.
• Group work, individual exercises, question and answer exercises as well as plenary discussions with a focus on practical application.

A knowledge test will be conducted at the end of the course on Day 2. The examination contains objective questions of 30 Marks, the maximum possible marks for the same are 30 and minimum passing marks are 21 (i.e. Passing criteria: 70% marks minimum). Participants who score 70% and above in the written examination, will be issued a VDA e-certificate on Automotive Core Tools for Process & System Auditors on successful completion of the course. Unsuccessful candidates will be issued a certificate of participation/attendance.
