ISO 37001 Anti bribery Management System Lead Auditor Training Course (PECB)

ABOUT THE LEAD AUDITOR COURSE

This training course aims to provide the knowledge and skills required to perform first, second and third-party audits of Anti-Bribery Management Systems (ABMS) against ISO 37001, in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO 17021, as applicable. It will help students consolidate knowledge and acquire hands-on experience that is instrumental in their capacity as ABMS auditors or compliance function personnel. Capitalizing on the powerful Accelerated Learning Technique, this course spends a good portion of the time on discussions, exercises and case studies.

Students who pass the continuous assessment and the 2-hour closed book examination will receive a Certificate of Achievement. Based on PECB policy, this course satisfies the training requirement for certification as a PECB registered ABMS Lead Auditor/Auditor.

• Describe the purpose of an energy management system, ABMS standards, management system audit, third-party certification and the business benefits of improved performance of the ABMS
• Explain the role of an auditor to plan, conduct, report and follow up an ABMS audit in accordance with ISO 19011 (and ISO 17021 where appropriate).

• Plan, conduct, report, and follow up an audit of an ABMS to establish conformity (or otherwise) with ISO 37001 and in accordance with ISO 19011.

• Stage 1 Audit (including document review)
• Audit Planning
• Process auditing and audit Skills
• Writing NC reports and audit reporting
• Audit follow up

WHAT IS THE COURSE METHODOLOGY?

There is a balance between knowledge-based presentations, discussions, exercises, and case studies. About two-thirds of the time, the expert will spend on activity-based learning to discuss a mock examination paper throughout the course to help students become familiar with the style of the questions.

The participants will receive the certificate only if they complete the 100% total attendance.
