TÜV SÜD Danmark ApS holds several accreditations, a testament to our rigorous standards and commitment to compliance, safety, and quality. Our accreditations are based on EN 17065 and EN 17021 and are crucial for our appointment as a Notified Body (NoBo) under the NANDO system (number 2443). The accreditations enable us to certify a wide range of products across multiple directives and regulations, ensuring that your products meet all necessary requirements to enter the market confidently.

 

DANAK Accreditation:

 

EMC Directive (2014/30/EU): Our accreditation allows us to assess and certify products to meet the essential requirements of electromagnetic compatibility, enabling performance without interference in their environment.  
 
Machinery Directive 2006/42/EU: We certify the safety of machinery products, enabling compliance with EU regulations and safeguarding users from mechanical hazards.  
 
Marine Equipment Directive 2014/90/EU: We are authorised to certify marine equipment, enabling manufacturers to meet stringent requirements for safety and performance in maritime environments.  
 
Radio Equipment Directive 2014/53/EU: We are qualified to assess radio equipment, enabling it complies with essential requirements related to health, safety, and electromagnetic compatibility.  

PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425: Our expertise enables that personal protective equipment meets the highest standards for protection, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

DESIGNATED NOTIFIED BODY

 

TÜV SÜD Danmark ApS is designated as a Notified Body (NoBo) under the NANDO system (number 2443) for medical devices. 

Medical Device Regulation (EU) 2017/745: As a designated Notified Body, we support the certification process of medical devices, enabling compliance with the strict safety and performance requirements of the MDR.
