中國China：家用及類似用途電器強制性產品認證標準更新的通知

2025年3月24日，中國網絡安全審查認證與市場監管大數據中心發布了關於更新家用及類似用途電器強制性產品認證相關國家標準新版的通知。

家用及類似用途設備強制性產品認證所依據的國家標準GB/T 4706.1-2024《家用和類似用途電器的安全第1部分：通用要求》，以及相應配套的產品特殊要求系列標準，已於2024年7月24日發布，將於2026年8月1日正式實施。

自通知發布之日起至2026年7月31日止，企業可自願選擇依據新版或舊版標準申請認證。自2026年8月1日起，僅受理依據新版標準的認證申請，並依新版標準進行認證評價與證書簽發。

對於依據舊版標準獲證的產品，證書持有人可提交轉換新版標準的認證申請，並應於新版標準實施日之後、首次跟蹤檢查前完成轉證工作。舊版標準的認證證書應於2026年7月31日前完成轉換，逾期未完成者，將被暫停；若至2026年10月31日仍未完成轉換，該舊版標準的認證證書將被撤銷。

China: Update of Mandatory Product Certification Standards for Household and Similar Electrical Appliances

On March 24, 2025, the China Cybersecurity Review and Certification and Market Supervision Big Data Center issued a notice regarding the update of the mandatory product certification standards for household and similar electrical appliances.

The national standard GB/T 4706.1-2024 “Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances – Part 1: General Requirements”, along with a series of corresponding product-specific standards, was officially released on July 24, 2024, and will come into effect on August 1, 2026.

From the date of this notice until July 31, 2026, enterprises may voluntarily choose to apply for certification based on either the new or old standards. Starting August 1, 2026, only certification applications based on the new standards will be accepted, and evaluations and certifications will be conducted accordingly.

For products already certified under the old standards, certificate holders may apply to convert their certificates to the new standards. The conversion should be completed after the implementation date of the new standard and before the first follow-up inspection. Conversion of certificates under the old standards must be completed by July 31, 2026; otherwise, the old certificates will be suspended. If conversion is still not completed by October 31, 2026, the old standard certificates will be revoked.
