中國：正式實施家用微波爐能效標識新規

2025年1月23日，中國國家發展和改革委員會（NDRC）批准家用及類似用途微波爐能效標識規則。

該規則適用於家用及類似用途的微波爐，包括：

• 最大額定輸入功率為2500W及以下的組合微波爐
• 工作於ISM頻段2450MHz
• 由電阻加熱元件組成，用於加熱爐腔內的物品及食物

本規則不適用於商用微波爐、工業微波爐及帶煙罩的微波爐。

該規則對以下方面作出明確要求：

• 標籤格式與規格，包括標籤內容
• 能效測試方法
• 標籤資訊的確定
• 能效標籤的印刷、黏貼及展示
• 標籤記錄
• 標籤公告

該規則已於2025年2月1日正式生效，有效期5年，並取代規則 CEL 023-2017。

China: Enforces New Energy Efficiency Labeling Regulation for Household Microwave Ovens

On January 23, 2025, China’s National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) approved the Energy Efficiency Labeling Regulation for Household and Similar Microwave Ovens.

This regulation applies to household and similar-use microwave ovens, including:

• Combination microwave ovens with a maximum rated input power of 2500W or below
• Operating in the ISM frequency band of 2450MHz
• Consisting of resistive heating elements to heat items and food inside the oven cavity

The regulation excludes commercial microwave ovens, industrial microwave ovens, and range hood-integrated microwave ovens.

It specifies requirements for:

• Label format and specifications, including label content
• Energy efficiency testing methods
• Determination of label information
• Printing, affixing, and displaying energy efficiency labels
• Label record-keeping
• Public announcement of labeling information

This regulation came into effect on February 1, 2025, with a validity period of five years, and replaces regulation CEL 023-2017.
