2025年1月24日，中華人民共和國工業和信息化部（MIIT）發布公告，頒布《雷達無線電管理規定（試行）》。該規定對雷達類型進行了明確分類，細化了技術要求，優化了管理流程，並加強了使用監管。該規定將於2026年1月1日起正式生效。

China: MIIT Issues Radar Radio Management Regulations for Trial Implementation

On January 24, 2025, China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) issued a notice announcing the Radar Radio Management Regulations (Trial Implementation). These regulations clearly define radar classifications, refine technical requirements, optimize management procedures, and enhance usage supervision. The regulations will officially take effect on January 1, 2026.
