Your regular update for technical and industry information
On 26 March 2018, Hong Kong Commerce and Economic Department published notice L.N.63 of 20181 amending the Toys and Children’s Products Safety Ordinance2 to further align the safety standards with the latest versions of the international ones. Starting 1 August 2018, updated version of standards for toys and children’s products listed under Schedule 1 and 2 in the Ordinance should be applied. See table for standard amendments in the Notice.
