JUNE 2020 – RELEVANT FOR: ELECTRICALS AND ELECTRONICS, HARDLINES, SOFTLINES, TOYS AND CHILDREN'S PRODUCTS
The EU REACH Restriction amendments on perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and phthalates will soon apply from 4 July and after 7 July 2020. They are listed on entry 68 and 51 respectively. The scope of restrictions covers so extensively, and many consumer products may be regulated.
