Protect employees against explosion hazards and setting requirements compliance to industry standards

ABOUT THE COURSE

IECEx is the International Electrotechnical Commission System for certification to standards relating to equipment for use in explosive atmospheres (IECEx System). IECEx system covers Certified Equipment Scheme, Certified Service Facility Scheme and Certified Personnel Scheme (IECEx CoPC).

IECEx CoPC Scheme provides cross-industry competence for work associated with equipment in hazardous areas.

This course provides the means for persons to obtain an IECEx Certificate of Personnel Competence (CoPC) in performing area classification of hazardous area that is intended to provide the international Ex community with confidence that such persons undertake work or provide services in accordance with the technical and quality system requirements of the IECEx Certification of Personnel Competence Scheme. CoPC and Wallet ID card will be issued to candidates who obtained satisfactory in the assessment.
