Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) has received growing attention in recent years from a variety of stakeholders. Indeed, ESG has implications for investors and rating agencies, as well as customers and employees, and has emerged as an important issue of debate at the Board level. This course gives an overview of an ESG framework and how it helps a company's overall risk management. It explores each component in depth and gives insight into how they interact to affect a firm and its stakeholders. The course also looks at corporate pressures and stakeholder expectations and their influence on risk identification and company performance. Finally, we examine critical factors from diverse stakeholder viewpoints and how company can start/enhance its ESG journey.

This program will focus on identify areas for improvement, analyze data and implement strategies to reduce environmental impacts. Identify areas where the environmental impact can be reduced, such as reducing energy consumption, improving resource efficiency, or minimizing waste.
Develop and implement strategies to address identified sustainability issues, such as using more sustainable materials, optimizing production processes, or promoting responsible disposal. Prepare sustainability reports that communicate the product's environmental performance and sustainability efforts to stakeholders. Communicate sustainability information to internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, investors, and regulators.
The purpose of this course is to impart information and awareness about Global Trends in Corporate Sustainability Reporting, Disclosure Requirements- GRI / BRSR and BRSR Lite, and Assurance Aspects of Sustainability Reports. The Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) has been established as a global standard for businesses to embrace.
Participants who complete the course will be able to integrate business practices that are in line with global trends, apply comprehensive concepts of responsible business, and grasp mandated disclosures to compile a Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report.
