Offered through a blended approach for the first time in India, this CQI/IRCA approved blended training course outlines the necessary skills needed for a ISO 45001 lead auditor to lead an audit team and conduct first, second and third-party audits against the standard requirements and in accordance with ISO 19011:2018 and ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015, as applicable. Developed in-line with the international registers and guidelines, this course provides hands-on training to ensure that the auditor thoroughly understands the role and acquires the expertise needed or required to perform the audits effectively. This comprehensive course consists two days of eLearning and three days of virtual instructor-led training (VILT). As a part of the curriculum, participants need to complete the eLearning modules within stipulated time frame in order to be able to attend the three day VILT modules.

As a continuous process during the course, participants will be assessed based on exercises, punctuality, presentation skills, interactive approach, involvement, role-play, daily tests, etc.

• Learners must achieve the minimum passing marks for each domain and an overall score of 40 marks (50%)

Certification
TÜV SÜD South Asia as an approved training partner of CQI/IRCA and fulfills all compliances of the course PR357: OH&SMS ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor holding training course reference No. 2053. Participants who score 70% and above in both the continuous assessment and written examination will be issued a CQI/IRCA registered certificate of successful completion of the course, which is renowned in certification and carries worldwide acceptance. Unsuccessful candidates will be issued a certificate of attendance.

OH&SMS ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor certification will be issued within 21 working days from the examination date.

2 days e-learning which is almost equivalent to 40 hours of Classroom session. Recommended duration is 5 days. However, one can decide to complete the self-study at their own pace.
9. Who is eligible for a blended learning program?
Anyone who has adequate prior knowledge on ISO 45001 and auditing management system based on ISO 19011 is eligible to attend the blended learning program.
10. What are all the deliverables upon enrollment?
Participants will receive access to the e-learning modules and study material which includes topic-wise presentations and worksheets for exercises.
11. Will the study material include ISO 45001 and ISO 19011 standard copies?
Standard copies will not be provided due to copy right issues. Participants are supposed to arrange them on their own.
12. What if I have any doubts and/or require support for completing the self-paced learning?
Once enrolled participants will receive contact details of course coordinators, who will assist in solving the queries.
13. What if I do not complete the self-paced learning?
To gain eligibility to attend classroom/virtual instructor-led sessions, completion of self-paced learning is mandatory. Participants need to complete the related e-Learning modules and exercises at least 02 days prior to classroom/virtual instructor-led session.
14. How much duration will I be provided to complete the self-paced learning and the overall course?
The self-paced learning needs to be completed within 60 days. A maximum of 90 days will be provided to complete both self-paced learning and classroom/virtual training.
15. What are the pre-requisites for Classroom/Virtual Session?
Participants need to complete 2 days of self-paced eLearning and submit the e-learning course completion certificate along with exercise worksheets.
16. What are the deliverables of classroom/virtual training sessions?
Participants will receive classroom study kit which includes soft copies of subject-wise presentations and worksheets for exercises.
17. How do I know that I have completed the self-paced learning?
Participants will be informed on the results upon submission of exercises.
18. What is the objective of classroom/virtual study?
Participants will get a chance to demonstrate their skills as an auditor to plan, conduct report and follow-up OHSMS audit.
19. What is recommended as a part of the preparation for classroom study?
No implementation knowledge will be provided in classroom. Therefore, participants are to take part in the classroom by thoroughly knowing the standards.
20. When will be the exam conducted?
The exam will be completed on 3rd day of classroom/virtual instructor-led session. Attending the examination is mandatory.
21. Is there any difference between certificate of blended learning and VILT or classroom lead auditor training?
All forms of training will carry an equal value.
