Performance Evaluation - Monitoring, measurement, customer satisfaction, social media, audits, management review
Improvement - Continual improvement, corrective action, innovation, breakthrough change
Day 2:
Internal Auditing Fundamentals -Purpose of internal audits, benefits of auditing, audit terminology
Auditing principles -Applicability of audit principles of audit effectiveness
Planning an Internal Audit - process-based audit planning, audit checklists, sampling techniques
Conducting an Audit - gathering objective evidence, observation, review of documented information, case studies
Remote Auditing - Remote audit concepts, virtual meetings, digital records, online interviews
Audit Findings and Nonconformities - Conformity, nonconformity report writing, classification of findings, opportunities for improvement, correction and corrective action concepts

Unsuccessful candidates will be issued a certificate of attendance.
