This two days internal auditor training program based on FSSC 22000 Ver 6.0 standards is structured to provide an overall understanding of ISO 22000:2018 food safety management system requirements, Sector specific prerequisite program (PRPs) requirements (ISO/TS 22002-x-series or other specific PRP standard) and FSSC 22000 Additional requirements. This course will be conducted by our experienced auditors and tutors, who had audited and provided trainings to numerous organizations from diverse industries. They will share their experiences and knowledge on this standards requirement. The training will be conducted in a blended approach - few of the topics will be through e-learning mode and others through online / virtual or classroom trainings.

  • The ISO 22000:2018 will be provided on E-learning platform, to be completed prior to the course.
  • Prior knowledge on ISO 22000:2018, HACCP, PRP’s as per ISO/TS 22002-1:2009 is essential.
  • Prior knowledge on applicable statutory and regulatory requirements for your product / service and location.

Note:- ISO 19011:2018 Audit Management guidelines as per ISO 19011:2018 will be delivered through E-learning platform, which must be completed prior to taking the final examination.

  • Get an overview of the requirements of sector specific PRP’s and
  • Understand FSSC 22000 additional requirements viz food defense, food fraud, EMP program, allergen management, food safety & quality culture, equipment management, meeting the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
  • Understand the documented information requirements based on ISO 22000:2018 standards, documented procedure, documents and records required as per this standard.
  • Understand the ISO 19011 standards interpreting it to auditing requirements.
  • Participants will be assessed through a 50 marks objective type examination (open book) at the end of the course.
  • Minimum passing% criteria: 60%. (30 Marks).

Certification

  • A course completion certificate of “Internal Auditor training program on FSSC 22000 Ver 6.0” will be issued to participants only after successful completion based on performance during the course and in written examination.
  • Others who have not successfully completed the course will be issued a certificate of attendance.

Internal Auditor training program on FSSC 22000 Ver 6.0 certification will be issued within 21 working days from the examination date.
