A measurement systems analysis (MSA) is the thorough assessment of a measurement process, and typically includes a specially designed experiments that seek to identify the components of variation. MSA is a statistical tool to qualify a measurement system - gauge for the monitoring of process parameters or measurement of product characteristics. MSA –AIAG recommends methods applicable for automotive industry – aligned with IATF 16949 QMS requirements. The purpose of this training program is to provide participants knowledge about various tools to perform a host of MSA applications within their organisations.
Laboratory, Q.C., Q.A., NPD, Calibration or Standard Room personnel willing to implement, maintain and improve the MSA & SPC, Engineers and Managers - who are actively involved in Monitoring & Measurement of Manufacturing Processes & Product Management System.
A Learning Check (Test) of 20 Marks containing objective-type questions will be conducted. TÜV SÜD South Asia will issue completion certificates to participants who score a minimum of 70% marks bases their performance in the Learning Check (Test). Participants scoring less marks, will receive a participation certificate.
