- Review the practical application of the process audit as a tool for analysing weaknesses in combination with risk assessments and as a basis for improvement measures.
- Understand the theoretical part that focuses on the subjects of audit preparation, audit planning and evaluation
- Familiarise with the three different types of audits
- 30 minutes: Knowledge Test based on objective type questions
- Knowledge Test comprises of 20 questions, with 1 possible correct answer per question
- Passing Criteria is minimum 12 correct answers (60%)
- Passing the knowledge test is a pre-requisite for appearing to day 5 exam (ID-382)
What will you learn?
This training session focuses on the practical application of the process audit as a tool for analysing weaknesses in combination with risk assessments and as a basis for improvement measures. The theoretical part focuses on the subjects of audit preparation and audit planning as well as evaluation. The application of the VDA 6.3 Analysis Tool will also be discussed. In the practical part, the audit preparation, audit planning, the execution of process audits with final evaluation, and the presentation of results (final discussion) are trained in role plays and according to given scenarios.

A Knowledge Test will be conducted at the end of Day 4, after completion of 4 days Training (ID-381)
Exam Details:
After the successful completion of 4 days of training followed by the Knowledge Test, the participant will be awarded VDA 6.3 Process Auditor Qualification e-Certificate. For Auditor Certification with auditor registration number and validity period mentioned on Certificate from VDA QMC, the organization or participants are advised to opt for Day 5 exam. Day 5 Exam will enable the organization & participant to meet customer-specific requirements of having a certified VDA 6.3 Process Auditor with stated validity and auditor certificate number assigned from VDA QMC Germany.
