- Re-exams must be taken within 30 days of the last attempt.
- Reschedule of training & exam must be done within 30 days from the last training date.
- Cancellations must be made in writing up to 7 days before the course.
- No refund will be given for cancellations made after this date, but substitutions may be made with the approval of the event organiser.
- If due to unforeseen reasons, a registered participant wishes to reschedule/postpone his/her attendance or examination to a future date, a written request for rescheduling should be sent before the start of the training program. It can be availed only once that to be completed within 30 days from the last date of training or the examination.
- If a participant fails to meet the above timeline, his/her participation will be treated as null and void. Training, examination, and certification will be cancelled and not applicable for a refund.
